About the Role:

We are looking for a Logistics Executive to coordinate and manage our transportation and delivery operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with courier partners, transporters, and 3PL providers for timely deliveries
•  Plan and optimize delivery routes and transportation schedules
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues, delays, and customer complaints
• Manage logistics documentation including invoices, challans, and delivery proofs
• Negotiate rates and manage contracts with logistics partners
• Monitor logistics costs and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Coordinate with warehouse team for dispatch scheduling
• Handle reverse logistics including returns, exchanges, and RTO management
• Maintain logistics performance dashboards and reports
• ·Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and documentation
•  Implement logistics technology solutions for tracking and optimization

Requirements:

•  1-3 years of experience in logistics department
•  Strong understanding of domestic logistics networks and courier operations
•  Experience with e-commerce logistics and last-mile delivery
• Proficiency in logistics management software and tracking systems
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
•  Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments
