About the Role:

The MIS Executive is responsible for managing and analyzing data to support organizational decision-making. They ensure the accuracy, security, and accessibility of Management Information Systems while delivering actionable insights through reports and dashboards. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to generate accurate reports. 
• Develop and maintain MIS tools, including databases, software, and dashboards. 
• Create monthly and ad-hoc reports on sales, inventory, market share, or financial metrics. 
• Ensure data security and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. 
• Collaborate with departments to understand data needs and deliver tailored solutions. 
• Present data-driven insights to management in a clear and actionable format. 
• Support technology projects, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes. 

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Macros, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUP). 
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. 
• Familiarity with SQL and database management. 
• Knowledge of Python or Pandas (preferred but not mandatory). 
• Ability to develop and maintain dashboards for management.
