About the Role:

We’re looking for social interns who don’t just scroll — they decode. If you live and breathe fashion, spot trends before they blow up, and can turn aesthetics into stories, this is for you.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Trend Research: Monitor Threads, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, and other platforms daily to identify emerging fashion, beauty, and lifestyle trends
• Content Ideation: Pitch concepts for posts, pins, and short-form videos aligned with SWASHAA’s brand aesthetic  
• Platform Strategy: Understand what works natively on Threads vs YouTube vs Pinterest and adapt content accordingly
• Competitor & Culture Watch: Track what other fashion brands + creators are doing and spot white space opportunities
• Content Support: Assist in scripting, mood-boarding, and briefing for shoots/reels when needed
• Platform Posting: You will also be responsible for posting on all platforms

Requirements:

• Strong trend sense: You know what’s viral today and can predict what’s next week  
• Fashion + social media fluency: Deep understanding of fashion cycles and platform algorithms  
• Research mindset: You analyze, not just consume. You save, categorize, and draw insights  
• Ability to spot what’s next: Micro-trends, audio trends, visual styles — you see them early  
• Aesthetic eye: You get SWASHAA’s vibe — clean, aspirational, storytelling-led
• Experience running your own Threads/YouTube/Pinterest account  
• Basic Canva/CapCut editing skills  
• Portfolio of trend reports, mood boards, or content pieces  
• Hybrid Work
