The bracelet is very beautiful and if great quality. The only thing I saw as a drawback was difficulty to wear it by myself.
Another thing that I would like to state is about refund and return policy of this brand. If customers are buying something online, they should have that option of easy returns, exchange and refunds as we don't know how the product would look on us. You issue gift cards in place of refunds directly into the mode of payment, and the gift card is valid for only a month, this kinda sounds like forcing a customer to buy something from you.
No doubt your quality is top notch, but customers should have that option of not being forced to buy something from you .
