What Your 6-Month Warranty Covers

For a period of 6 months from the date of delivery, your signature Swashaa piece is protected against:

• Abnormal Plating Wear or Tarnishing: Unexpected fading or discoloration under normal daily wear. 
• Manufacturing & Structural Defects: Broken clasps, loose stone settings, or jump ring failures resulting from crafting flaws.

Our Replacement Commitment

If your piece shows a qualifying manufacturing or plating defect within 6 months: 

1. Our support team will get back to you within 48 hours.
2. We will repair or replace your original item at zero added cost. 
3. If your exact piece is no longer available, you can select any new Swashaa design of the exact same value.

What Is Excluded?

To keep our promise fair, the warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, fine surface scratches, or minor scuffs over time.
• Damage caused by direct contact with harsh chemical cleaners, chlorine pools, or heavy alcohol-based perfumes/body lotions.
• Accidental damage, heavy impact, bending, dropping, or loss of the item.

How to Claim Your Warranty

1. Capture It 
   Take a clear photo or short video showing the issue along with your Order ID.
2. Raise a Request 
   Email the details, along with the photo/video and Order ID, to warranty@swashaa.com. 
3. Quick Resolution 
   Our warranty team will review your request and get back to you within 48 working hours.
