About the Role:

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of integrating artificial intelligence into our creative processes, working on campaigns for global brands across diverse industries. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine prompts for various AI platforms to generate on-brand creative assets
• Collaborate with creative teams to integrate AI tools into ideation and production workflows
• Create style guides and templates for consistent AI-generated content across campaigns
• Train team members on AI tools and best practices for creative applications
• Establish quality control processes for AI-generated content to ensure brand standards
• Research and evaluate emerging AI creative tools and recommend adoption strategies
• Produce rapid prototypes and variations for A/B testing and client presentations
• Develop custom AI workflows for specific client needs and campaign requirements
• Monitor AI-generated content performance metrics and optimize based on data insights
• Ensure ethical use of AI and proper attribution in all creative work
• Maintain expertise in latest AI creative technologies and industry trends

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in creative production with demonstrable AI tool usage
• Portfolio showcasing AI-enhanced creative work across multiple mediums
• Proficiency in AI creative platforms (Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly)
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and AI model capabilities
• Experience with traditional creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)
• Excellent visual design sense and understanding of composition, color, and typography
• Strong copywriting skills and experience with AI text generation tools
• Knowledge of creative production workflows and project management
