About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary Creative Director to lead our creative team and drive brand storytelling across all platforms. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing creative strategies that align with our brand identity and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Lead and mentor the creative team including designers, copywriters, and content creators
• Develop and oversee creative concepts for marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual and written communications
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align creative vision with business goals
• Present creative concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively
• Stay updated with industry trends, design innovations, and competitor activities
• Oversee photoshoots, video productions, and other creative assets

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in creative roles.
•  Strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence across digital and print media
•  Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills
