About the Role:

We are looking for a CRM Specialist to manage our customer relationship management system and optimize customer communication workflows. You will ensure seamless customer data management and enable personalized marketing at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain CRM system (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
  • Develop and optimize customer communication workflows and automation
  • Segment customer database based on behavior, demographics, and purchase history
  • Create and manage email templates, SMS templates, and communication sequences
  • Ensure data integrity, cleanliness, and compliance within CRM
  • Integrate CRM with other marketing and sales tools
  • Build customer dashboards and reports for marketing and sales teams
  • Support retention marketing campaigns with CRM data and automation
  • Train team members on CRM usage and best practices
  • Monitor CRM performance and suggest improvements

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in CRM management or marketing automation
  • Basic understanding of API integrations and CRM customization
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
