About the Role:
We are looking for a CRM Specialist to manage our customer relationship management system and optimize customer communication workflows. You will ensure seamless customer data management and enable personalized marketing at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain CRM system (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
- Develop and optimize customer communication workflows and automation
- Segment customer database based on behavior, demographics, and purchase history
- Create and manage email templates, SMS templates, and communication sequences
- Ensure data integrity, cleanliness, and compliance within CRM
- Integrate CRM with other marketing and sales tools
- Build customer dashboards and reports for marketing and sales teams
- Support retention marketing campaigns with CRM data and automation
- Train team members on CRM usage and best practices
- Monitor CRM performance and suggest improvements
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in CRM management or marketing automation
- Basic understanding of API integrations and CRM customization
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
