About the Role: 

We need a PR & Influencer Intern who understands relationships and reach. If you know which creators are shaping conversations, how to pitch without sounding spammy, and how to keep SWASHAA in the right feeds, this role’s for you.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Influencer Research: Identify emerging + relevant creators on Threads, YouTube, and Instagram who align with SWASHAA’s aesthetic  
• Outreach & Coordination: Draft pitches, manage DMs/emails, track gifting, and maintain creator communication  
• Campaign Support: Help plan influencer drops, seeding, and UGC campaigns from brief to reporting  
• Platform Posting: You will also be responsible for posting approved PR/influencer content on all platforms — Threads, YouTube, Pinterest, and Instagram — as per the content calendar  
• Relationship Tracking: Maintain sheets for outreach status, deliverables, content links, and performance  
• Trend Spotting: Flag creator trends, viral formats, and collaboration ideas SWASHAA should leverage  
• Press Support: Assist with press kits, brand mentions, and basic media list building when needed

• Communication skills: You can write crisp, professional DMs and emails that get replies  
• Organization: You track conversations, follow-ups, and deadlines without dropping the ball  
• Fashion + platform fluency: You get SWASHAA’s vibe and what content works where  
• Initiative: You don’t wait to be told who to reach out to — you suggest
• Existing network of fashion/lifestyle micro-creators
