About the Role:

We are looking for a Product Sourcing & Supply Chain Executive to manage end-to-end product sourcing, supplier relationships, and supply chain coordination to ensure seamless product availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate new product opportunities and suppliers
• Conduct market research for product trends, pricing, and competitive analysis
• Negotiate with manufacturers and suppliers for product development and pricing
•  Manage product sampling, quality checks, and approval processes
•  Coordinate with suppliers for production timelines and delivery schedules
•  Track purchase orders, production status, and shipment logistics
•  Maintain product cost sheets and margin analysis
•  Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams for stock planning
• Ensure product compliance with quality standards and regulations
•  Manage supplier relationships and resolve operational issues
• Prepare sourcing reports and supply chain performance metrics

Requirements:

•  1-3 years of experience in product sourcing, merchandising, or supply chain
• Strong understanding of product development and manufacturing processes
• Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills
• Knowledge of jewellery,fashion, or consumer goods preferred
• Proficiency in Excel and supply chain management tools
• Strong analytical and cost management skills
•  Ability to travel for supplier visits and factory audits
•  Detail-oriented with excellent project management skills
