About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic Retention & Marketing Manager to develop and execute customer retention strategies that maximize customer lifetime value, reduce churn, and drive repeat purchases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer retention and loyalty programs
  •  Design and execute email marketing, SMS marketing, and push notification campaigns
  • Create customer segmentation strategies for personalized marketing
  • Analyze customer behavior, purchase patterns, and churn metrics
  • Develop win-back campaigns for lapsed customers
  • Manage loyalty programs, referral programs, and customer rewards
  • Collaborate with CRM team to optimize customer communication journeys
  • A/B test retention strategies, offers, and communication channels
  • Prepare retention performance reports and insights for leadership

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in retention marketing, CRM, or customer lifecycle management
  • Proven track record of improving customer retention and repeat purchase rates
  • Strong experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Netcore)
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and marketing automation
  •  Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret customer data
  • Creative thinking for developing engaging retention campaigns
  •  Experience in e-commerce or D2C brands preferred
