About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic Retention & Marketing Manager to develop and execute customer retention strategies that maximize customer lifetime value, reduce churn, and drive repeat purchases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer retention and loyalty programs
- Design and execute email marketing, SMS marketing, and push notification campaigns
- Create customer segmentation strategies for personalized marketing
- Analyze customer behavior, purchase patterns, and churn metrics
- Develop win-back campaigns for lapsed customers
- Manage loyalty programs, referral programs, and customer rewards
- Collaborate with CRM team to optimize customer communication journeys
- A/B test retention strategies, offers, and communication channels
- Prepare retention performance reports and insights for leadership
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in retention marketing, CRM, or customer lifecycle management
- Proven track record of improving customer retention and repeat purchase rates
- Strong experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Netcore)
- Proficiency in CRM tools and marketing automation
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret customer data
- Creative thinking for developing engaging retention campaigns
- Experience in e-commerce or D2C brands preferred
