Exchange/Return Policy

Swashaa provides the option for exchange or gift card issuance exclusively. We do not facilitate payment reimbursements. Returns will be accepted up to 7 days following the delivery of your order. To qualify for a return, your item must be in an identical state to when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging complete with the label and tag.


  • Expired Gift Cards cannot be used, and the funds from expired cards will not be reimbursed or credited.
  • This Gift Card is valid for 30 days.
  • Items must be unused and have all tags attached.
  • The packaging must include the original invoice, packaging materials, and tags.
  • The product should be free of scratches or deformities.
  • In cases of damaged, incorrect, or missing products received by the customer then unboxing video is mandatory.
  • Return items received will be checked by the quality assurance team. Failing to meet any expectations, the product will be not accepted as well as will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
  • You can exchange your purchase for a product of equal or greater value.
  • In the event that a product is out of stock and cannot be replaced, it can be substituted with a gift card exclusively.
  • Gift wrapping services are non-exchangeable and non-returnable, and we do not accept returns for sale items.
  • All our products come in one standard size, which is specified in the product descriptions on our website.
  • If a reverse pick-up service is unavailable for a particular address or pin code, the customer must use a local courier service for the return. In such instances, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges.
  • The return retrieval and exchange request will be scheduled for the initial delivery address.

How to use Swashaa Gift Card

  • Swashaa gift card can be applied on our website at the checkout page.
  • On the checkout page, you have to apply the code received on your email id
  • The code will applied and the amount will deducted from the payable amount.
  • The validity of the gift card is 30 days.
  • Gift card does not include the shipping fee paid during placing the order.

To ensure our cherished customers have a hassle-free return experience, we've outlined the steps and guidelines below for returning products purchased from our website:

Visit our website and locate the "Return/Exchange" option at the top.

Complete the Return Request form by providing the following information:

Enter your Order Number

Input your Email ID/Mobile Number

Choose the reason for return/exchange and select the product. Additionally, upload a video/photo in accordance with the chosen reason.

Once we receive your request, it will be reviewed. If it meets the criteria mentioned above, it will be accepted within the next 24 hours. If it doesn't meet the criteria, you may receive a rejection message.

After the return process is initiated, it will take 7-8 days for your order to reach our warehouse. Following that, an exchange or gift card will be issued within the next 24 hours, as per your request.


For PREPAID orders, if you request a cancellation within 24 hours, you will receive a refund. If the cancellation is made after 24 hours, a gift card will be provided instead
