About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, accurate order fulfillment, and smooth logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
• Manage inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits
• Implement and maintain warehouse management system (WMS) processes
• Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems for maximum efficiency
• Ensure timely and accurate order processing and dispatch
• Manage warehouse staff including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
•  Enforce safety protocols, health standards, and compliance regulations
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and customer service teams
• Monitor warehouse KPIs (order accuracy, fulfillment time, inventory accuracy, cost per order)
•  Implement continuous improvement initiatives and automation where possible
•  Manage warehouse budgets, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in e-commerce
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control
• Experience with e-commerce fulfillment processes and last-mile logistics
• Leadership skills with ability to manage and motivate warehouse teams
• Proficiency in MS Office and warehouse management software
